NEW ON BUHARIS HEALTH,

The Wednesday London visit to President Muhammadu Buhari by the trio of Senate President Bukola Saraki, Speaker Yakubu Dogara, and Leader of Senate, Ahmed Lawan, may have put a final seal on growing doubts cast on President Buhari’s health status.
Though the visit had been well publicized, feelers on the outcome of the meeting with the ailing president did not emerge until late Wednesday night.
In what appeared a united response, Saraki, speaking on behalf of the visiting team, declared President Buhari as “healthy, witty and himself.” He expressed delight at his level of fitness, noting that ” there is no cause for alarm.”
Saraki also had a word for those clamouring for a change in leadership. Said he, “The president’s absence and imminent return shows that there is no vacuum in government.”
The Senate President’s report on the findings of the trio were conveyed via a terse statement issued Wednesday night. It read in part, “Myself, Rt Honorable Yakubu Dogara and leader of Senate, Senator Ahmed Lawan paid a visit to President Buhari in Abuja House in London.
“We were delighted to see that President Buhari is doing well, was cheerful and in good spirits.
“The president I saw today is healthy, witty and himself.

“The presiden’ts absence and imminent return shows that there is no vacuum in government and our system of democracy is working with all organs of government fulfilling their mandate. And let me use the time tested cliché, there is no cause for alarm!”
Buhari left Nigeria for London on February 19 for what the presidency termed a medical vacation. Rumours of his death eventually made the rounds but these were quickly dispelled.
He failed to return to duty in Nigeria on February 6 as scheduled and sought a further extension of his vacation through an official memo conveyed to the National Assembly.
Though the President had not made any public appearances since arriving London, he had hosted a number of prominent Nigerians, if only to remove any doubts as to his health status. These include, among others, his wife, Aisha, Governor Ibikunle Amosun of Ogun State, and Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
He also had a telephone chat with President Donald Trump of the US on Tuesday.
A clamour for Buhari to speak to the Nigerian public has been rebuffed by the presidency, and a leaked correspondence between him and the National Assembly stated unequivocally that he would not be returning to Nigeria until his personal physicians certified him fit.

styles of the Scarmers realized

Dearest one,
firstly i thank you for your response to my email. How is everything over there ? i believe that you are in good health and the atmosphere over there in your country is very nice today.

My name is Sabina Cuma, i am (24years old) but age doesn't matter in a real relationship so i am comfortable with your age, I am from (Liberia, in West Africa) 5.3ft tall, fair in complexion, single (never married) and presently i am residing here in Dakar Senegal as a result of the civil war that was fought in my country some years ago.

My late father Dr. Bernard Cuma was a politician and the managing director of a (Gold and Mine Industry) in Monrovia the capital of Liberia before the rebels attacked our house one early morning and killed my father and mother in cold blood. I know that i should have waited for our relationship to last a while before i tell you all this secret, but it's because of my situation here in the camp and i don't want to die here, please understand me.

Right now as i am talking to you i am the only person that is alive in my family, and i managed to make my way to a closer country (Senegal) where i am living now as a refugee under the care of a Reverend Pastor and i am using his computer to send these message to you now.

Please do not be offended for this message that comes from me, its just that i don't know what else to do because my situation here as a refugee is giving me a great concern, therefore i will like you to consider my situation as an orphan, and be kind with me, as i am putting the whole of my trust in you without fear, though i don't know who you are before, but i believe that you can not betray me at the end.

I have contacted you because of my difficult situation here in this refugee camp, It's just like one staying in the prison and i hope by God's grace i will come out here soon.

I don't have any relatives now whom i can go to, all my relatives ran away in the middle of the war the only person i have now is the reverend father ( Reverend Luke Francis ), who is the pastor of the ( Christ The Light Church, Dakar Branch ), here in the camp he has been very nice to every body, but we are not living with him rather we are living in the camp hostel, which was divided into two sections, one for the male, and the other for the female.

The Pastor's Tel. number is (             +221 768331549       ), if you call and tell him that you want to speak with me (  Sabina ) he will send for me in the hostel. As a refugee here, i don't have any right or privilege to anything be it phone or what ever because it's against their law.

My love i want to go back to my studies because i only attended my first year before the tragic incident that lead to my being in this situation now took place.

NOTE; Please listen to this (please it's a secret, even no one knows about it except the Reverend father that knows about it),

I have my late father's statement of account and death certificate here with me which i will send to you latter, because when he was alive he deposited some amount of money in a leading Foreign bank which he used my name as the next of kin, the total amount, is $7.6 ( Seven million Six Hundred Thousand US Dollars).

So i will like you to help me transfer this money to your account and from it you can send some money for me to get my traveling documents and air ticket to come over to meet with you. I kept this secret to people in the camp here, the only person that knows about it, is the Reverend because he is like a father to me.

So i will like you to keep it to yourself and don't tell it to anyone because i am afraid of loosing my life and the money if people gets to know about it.

Remember i am giving you all this information due to the trust i deposed on you. I like honest and understanding people, truthful and a man of vision, hardworking and GOD fearing people.

My favorite language is English and i speak English very fluently. Meanwhile i will like you to call me because i still have a lot to tell you, below are my pictures. Have a nice day and think about me, awaiting to hear from you soonest.
I am yours beloved one
Miss  Sabina.

Anti-Aging - Don't Take Your Health for Granted!

If you are like many people, there is a good chance you take your health and well-being for granted. Perhaps not as much, but at least to some extent. Taking your health for granted is a poor decision for many reasons. Health, like much in life, is something you may not realize you have or fully appreciate until it has gone. If you start to lose your health, you begin to see the adverse effects that could lead to a negative change in your life. Seeing the degeneration of your health is something nobody needs to experience.
Unfortunately, many of us are going to see our health take a turn for the worse at some point. Some will perhaps be witness to an unhealthy spiral incredibly difficult to recover from. Aging is something we cannot prevent, and although many believe with age comes illness and general ill health, this is not a certainty.

It is up to us to ensure we live the fullest and healthiest life we possibly can. There is much you can do to ensure your quality of life is not severely hindered by poor health in your most important years. You may not be able to slow or prevent aging, but you can delay some of what we believe are nature's consequences.
But not if you continue to take your health and well-being for granted.
Common health problems faced by adults in the modern-day include...
  • high blood pressure,
  • high blood cholesterol,
  • obesity, and
  • Type 2 diabetes.

In turn, these tend to lead to other conditions like heart disease, stroke, or even early death. The prevalence of all these health problems in our society is staggering, and it is because many people fail to take the proper precautions. We simply do not care enough for our health as we should, and it poses serious concerns for the majority of adults.
Taking care of our well-being takes more work than being complacent. It takes time, effort, and persistence to keep us on track. Significant results also take time to materialize. Because of this, many people quit or never give maintaining good health a serious shot.

Don't make the same mistake. You don't have the time to take your well-being for granted because your time to live and enjoy life is limited. You deserve to benefit from the fruits of your labor, and not regret your poor decisions made during middle-age.
Taking care of your health and well-being is easier than it may seem. But it does require you to make a start. Endlessly planning or postponing your healthy living plan will not do you any favors.
Although managing your disease can be very challenging, Type 2 diabetes is not a condition you must just live with. You can make simple changes to your daily routine and lower both your weight and your blood sugar levels. Hang in there, the longer you do it, the easier it gets.
For nearly 25 years, Beverleigh Piepers has searched for and found a number of secrets to help you build a healthy body. Go to http://DrugFreeType2Diabetes.com to learn about some of those secrets.

The Positive Denger of Crying

Each one of us has every reason to cry. It could be due to an end of a friendship or a close relationship, frustration at work, or even when we are happy. However, after shedding a lot of tears, we do not realize its positive effects in our vulnerable psyche.
Crying does not only cleanse us mentally but also sanitize our body because toxic substances produced by stress are released and help our body get rid of chemicals that raise our stress hormone.
Tears can elevate our mood better than any antidepressant available since it has a self-soothing effect. The shedding of tears improved the mood of criers rather than made us feel worse. Individuals with anxiety or mood swing disorders are less likely to experience the positive effects of crying.
Cry gives us relief, despite our circumstances. Crying is known to release stress hormones or toxins from the body; thereby, reducing tension.

Managing issues of Sudden Episodes of Shortness of Breath

With COPD, there are many things that can cause difficult breathing, or shortness of breath. Different things trigger short breathing in different people, but sometimes it just seems to happen for no reason. What can you do if this happens?
First, do your best to stay calm. I know, it's very challenging to stay calm when it seems like there is no air. Practice your Pursed-lip breathing, and try this mantra: slowly say to yourself, "I'm breathing in... I'm breathing out".
If you have a quick relief inhaler, use it. If you wear oxygen, put it on. Do a quick scan of your surroundings: is there anything there that could have triggered this? If you have accompanying chest pain, or your breathlessness is getting worse by the second, call Emergency Services right away. If you can stand, assume the position: hands on a chair back, or on a table or counter, leaning slightly forward. This expands the rib cage, allowing you to exhale excess carbon dioxide, and to take in a bigger breath of fresh air.
There are many factors that can cause shortness of breath. It's important to know what can cause these frightening episodes. Often, it's not so much a physical trigger, but a lack of best practices. For example:
(1) Did you take your medications and inhalers today? Often, people with a good maintenance routine feel good and forget to take their maintenance inhalers, or other important drugs.
(2) Were you doing too much at once? COPD tends to slow people down. Then, on a feel-good day, said person will try and catch up on all the things that didn't get done in the past week. Remember to pace yourself with all of your daily activities.
